Q: How do I choose my part? 

A: We understand how difficult it is to determine the right part to repair your appliance and we wish to do what we can to make that determination as easy as possible, if you are unsure of the part you need please feel free to give us a call at 720-772-3105

Q: Where are you located?

A: Denver, Colorado.


Q: How soon will my order ship?

A: Most all orders are shipped within 24 hours, excluding holidays and weekends.


Q: How soon will I receive my order?

A: Typical delivery time is 3-4 business days from when your order is shipped.


Q: Why are your prices discounted so much?

A: Most of our parts were removed from brand new, damaged appliances that were not fit for sale.  This allows us to slash prices and beat local part stores retail prices by a wide margin, in addition to offering our standard one year warranty on all functional parts.


Q: Is this an aftermarket part?

A: No, we do not carry any aftermarket parts.  All of our parts are original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts.
